We have all been facing difficulties. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As the UK face another lockdown, this has been incredibly hard for people who are struggling mentally with the current circumstances of the pandemic. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Institute For Fiscal Studies found that mental health has worsened by 8.1% on average as a result of the pandemic.
